it is recommended to change the Carbon Block (or Blocks) every 6 months depending on water usage.  Filter is rated for 6,000 gallons of water at 1GMP.  This is total of waste water as well as purified water.

I know shipping speed counts so I ship every order same day if ordered by noon EST Monday - Saturday.  Most of my orders are received in 2 - 3 days.

Returns are accepted for 30 days.  If there is a defect in the product we will replace at no cost.  If you changed your mind we will accept the return however you are responsible for return shipping.
All returns made do to change of mind must be returned in original condition.
