A gorgeous folding black lacquered wall shelf, hand decorated with an intricate scene.
A great object for study or display, this will make a nice addition to any student or appreciators collection of Japanese art and artifacts.
Overall very good condition with no detectable repairs. A scratch across the right scene - please see images. Some light damage to the lacquer present - please see images. Some light cracking within the lacquer across the top. Exhibits signs of age such as surface wear and weathering.
