If your items arrive with any tested function or part being defective or damaged, we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.  Just send us a message through eBay messages and we will be happy to help. Please note that we don't accept returns for issues with functions we aren't able to test.
If you change your mind, you may also return the device, but you are responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers our cost to test, list, ship the device, and any eBay fees we incur.

What are your Shipping Guidelines?
We use USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail
We ship within 1 business day. Examples: You pay for an item on Tuesday: we will ship it out before the end of the day on Wednesday. If you pay for an item on Friday through Sunday, we have until the end of the day Monday to ship the item (according to eBay guidelines).
PayPal will send you an email containing your tracking number, please allow 2 business days for this email to arrive.
Due to issues with USPS, we strongly discourage combined shipping if the value of the box would be greater than 0. We reserve the right to not combine shipments for any reason, even if the purchase is completed through a combined check out.
What's the cosmetic condition of the device(s)?
Grade A
"Near mint" condition.
If there is any damage, it is minor and confined to signs of every-day wear.
Grade B
"Good" condition.
There may be some light cosmetic damage on the case, such as scratches and scuff marks.
There is a possibility of the phone having numerous minor scratches on the screen. Phones with this grade have complete housing with all elements present.
Grade C
Heavily used or "fair" condition.
There are signs of heavy wear
or deeper scratches
