    This new item is a genuine AquaClear/Fluval product (Hagen) and  is for the 110/500 sized hang on back filter. Same as the Fluval pack, just differently printed boxes.
    The carbon is 100% carbon with no fillers and is sealed.  Replace monthly and rinse before first use and rinse with aquarium water in between needed replacements.  May need to replaced more often with heavier loaded tanks.
