Blade Master 1930's Blade Conditioner. Item comes from the estate of Wisconsin U.S. Rep. Clem Zablocki. Great Item For Shaving Collector. Pull string type. Missing instructions, tounge on one flap and inner box. Case may be Bakelite? I did not test area.  Great condition overall for its age. Graphics on box are excellent. Very nice display piece. Will let winner clean as they see fit. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
