FORM INNOVATION
NEW in original packaging!
The tank truck 1550 was initially built in the sheet metal forming plant in Leipzig and a short time later in Aschersleben, in part 3 of the VEB bodywork in Halle. The tank structure of the G5 has a capacity of 4000 liters of fuel.
In contrast to the tank structure for drinking water, this variant for fuel has higher dome lids and two further small oil canisters each with a capacity of 130 liters on the rear sides. The prototype for the model is a disused NVA vehicle, the original army green of which was repainted in blue. The tanker found its new destination at the LPG (Agricultural Production Cooperatives) in order to secure the fuel supply in the fields for harvesting machines or tractors. The tankers were used here until the 1980s.
The buyer bears shipping costs.
