Civil War era Officer’s tin or zinc traveling shaving mirror and tin shaving mug.
Mirror is marked EP and Paris inside a laurel wreath on the front.
The back is plain. Numerous examples dug over the years in camps.
This is a rare, non-dug example that retains the eye hook for hanging.
2⅞ inches in diameter.
Mirror has 100% of slivering, no cracks or issues.
Original paper lining still inside the lid but a piece is missing.
The tin shaving mug is an excellent example with a rounded razor holder.
Stands 4 inches tall and is 3 inches in diameter. Overall a pleasing grey color with a few surface rust spots on the bottom and side that should clean up.
Inside is rust free.
