A set of 20 wood climbing holds! Rounded and positive, these beautiful cedar wooden holds are perfect for adding a heap more hand holds to your home climbing wall.
Hand made in Maine, and finished with 80 grit sandpaper which gives a little texture/grip. Get these holds up on your home wall for maximum power training and great movement – beveled sides mean that you can't easily pinch them... this means that grip comes from body position and movement skills. Size: 4x3x1.5", which equates to just more than one finger pad deep, five fingers wide. A great size to pull hard on, while not putting undue stress on finger pulleys and just big enough to match if you are strong.
