Coral - Huge - 8lbs 8" x 8" x 7" approx. - Fossil (Brain)

Description

This a rather large 8 lb. specimen of a what I am told is a brain coral (buyer uses their own judgment).  I am not sure what the origin is and I have only ever sold one very small one in the past.  This was purchased at an auction so not much is known of where it came from other than it was in a huge collection of other coral and shells (which will be listed in the future).  The color is mainly a grayish color.  The photos make it look like a yellow color hue in some, but it was taken with an iphone so the quality of picture could be better.  It is used, old and would make a great piece for decor, aquarium or even a door stop.  You decide the best use.  Most of the coral is clearly webbed, but there is some I guess for better description is crusty areas, refer to pictures.  Notice the natural holes and dips in coral.

Shells or Rocks are not harvested by us and we are only reselling collections.
