This is an original Science Fiction Horror & Fantasy magazine Vol 1, No 1 from Fall 1977 hand signed and autographed by David Prowse, the actor who played Darth Vader in the original Star Wars trilogy. The magazine had normal wear from being stored over the years. The binding is worn (see pic) and there is a small tear on back. Other than that, the magazine is pristine, the binding is still good, all pages are intact and mint.
