Exxon Baton Rouge Refinary - Advertising Paperweight - Plastic 1970s?

Description

Vintage Exxon Advertising Piece.   Baton Rouge Refinery Safety Objective is listed on the top of the piece, while
around the sides are various weights and measurments.    The item is plastic, square shaped.    The words are all readable, though some
are mildly worn.   It measures 3 inches all around.    It is signed R.F. Howe which helps to date the piece to the from the mid 60s to 1977 when he retired.   It rattles when
it is shaken, I believe it is meant as a paperweight and there is something inside making it "weighted".
