here is a very rare "EXXON NORTH SLOPE Christening Dec. 16, 1978 Built By AVONDALE SHIPYARD Inc." solid Lucite  / Acrylic desk paperweight with pewter metal replica of the oil tanker encased in the Lucite. this rare Commemorative item would have been given as a gift for some or all of the VIP invites to the Christening or to special Corporate Clientele. this very collectible piece of Historical memorabilia measures 4 1/2" x 1 5/8" x 1 3/4" and has a beautiful blue color on inside bottom that the pewter EXXON NORTH SLOPE is suspended on. bottom base of pewter ship model is inscribed with the special significance of this item. this item is very rare and in very nice condition with the faintest of lite handling wear in the form of negligible brush marks mostly on bottom base. please view all pics.
