Once the package is accepted at my area post office, it is out of my hands, so make sure your eBay address is correct, and there is a safe place for your package to be received. I cannot refund payment for items that the USPS claims as received.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Please understand pricing when you look at shipping costs. I am not only responsible for postage, but for  tracking, packaging, ink for printing labels, time it takes to pack the item, delivery to the post office, as well as a 10% gross fee to eBay and 3% fee to  PayPal. I do not make money on shipping, and I pack my items as carefully as possible.
If you don’t feel the shipping price is fair, discuss it with me prior to bidding.
