Disclaimer: Recently, I have run into occasions where buyers purchased the unit from me and returned with a used unit or messed up the unit and returned back to me for a refund claiming the unit didn't work. While I managed to restore the unit but then I ended up loosing the value of it and had to sell with a discount price.
Please understand that each unit I ship out is 100% directly from Fortin. There might be DOA (if ever it happened) but this is very rare. I have sold this unit for the last 2 years and I received no returns due to DOA. Instead, I received complaints and returns from certain buyers with very bad reasoning and to honor the Ebay policy I have to refund the full amount and get back the unit. If you purchase from me and think something is wrong with it, allow me to work with you and figure out what went wrong before going through all the unnecessary procedures. Once we can both confirm that the unit is completely DOA, I will initiate a return as per Ebay's policy with no issues. You will then either can get full money back or a replacement unit.
