This unit will allow you to install a remote car start system on select
Cadillac, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Hummer, Isuzu, Oldsmobile, and Pontiac vehicles equipped with GM passlock/passkey systems and databus door locks.

You do not have to leave any keys inside the car for this to work like 555U/556U/TBK3 models. This unit also provides a factory alarm disarm.
In addition to the above, this module also allows you to control and interface with factory/databus keyless entry and Factory alarm on these vehicles too. Prep your entire alarm/remote start on the bench with this module before even going under the dash - you will only have to hook up 1/2 as much wiring in the car since everything is databus - a real time and labor saver!
