    This is a one of a kind birdhouse with pennies as roof shingles. Calling this wren house “Lucky Irish” it is a beautiful shade of Shamrock green and the pennies are Copper color with some patina. I have made several of these bird houses for friends and they are always a huge hit! I have used this style wren home for years and the birds absolutely love it! The paint used on the exterior is outdoor paint, the interior is not painted. The door will be tight and hard to open Initially so recommending that you not open unless you need to clean out a nest. There is a screw sticking out like a handle when you decide to clean out your box.
    I started making them as gifts and they were popular so I decided to make more and offer them for sale.
