  • Condition: Leather folder is falling apart. Cover coming off. Name on front Commander George W Jones. Approximately 18 documents reproduced on parchment paper. Some are falling apart due to age. Some are missing pieces around the edges. Paper is very fragile. All are clean, unmarked copies. Replicas include - Emancipation Proclamation, draft of Declaration of Independence, letters from George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, General Robert E Lee, Abe Lincoln to various individuals.     Flat rate shipping is for Continental US only. If international shipping is required, the shipping cost is to eBay's Global Shipping Center (other shipping charges and fees will apply for international shipping). Items over a pound will typically not be shipped to a PO Box so an address will be required. If the item is purchased and paid for before noon (EST), it will be pretty much be shipped the same day.     Any item is returnable if you feel it was not as described with the pictures or text posted, otherwise all items are sold "AS IS". If you choose to return the item, customer must first contact me through eBay by email within 3 days of receiving product and customer must return the product within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. The item must be returned in the condition it was shipped in. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If the item is listed as Free Shipping then the cost to ship it will be deducted from the purchase price and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If the above requests are not met the product is not returnable.
