Here is what I understand from another ebay listing:  "2005 Special Edition Tiny Kitty Collier "My Lady Fair doll.  She was produced for the "2005 Idex Event" and the blue version was from the West Coast Event in California where as the fuchsia version was for the East Coast Event in Florida. LE 500". This listing is the Fuchsia (red) doll.
Please research and or study about this doll for yourself. There is No stand base, only the stand pole, NO box.. NO accessories. See appears to be missing a pearl necklace too. ONLY what you see in the photos is the listing. It's a gorgeous tiny Tonner doll.
