From my Dads estate, you’re bidding on a collection of important documents, leases, contracts, etc from origins of Magnolia Oil Company founded in Magnolia Arkansas. This collection originally came from a real estate agent in Magnolia, WR Cross. There are many contractual agreements with Magnolia Oil. Magnolia Oil was the largest producing US oilfield in WW2. Contracts, copies of contracts, many with original signatures, lease agreements, warranty deeds, ownership transfers of land, tax documents. Entire collection dates from 1870s through the oil company and land agreements through the 1930’s. I’ve attempted to list only the important pieces since I’m limited to 12 photos. There’s some age or insect damage. This is a great piece of formative history of Exxon Mobil. I’m offering concierge service with delivering this collection personally in the Continental US.
