But shipment to Germany and Canada,etc does not have compensation.
Handling time is one month to two months. Some countries require three months.
It is the method of requiring very much days.
There are size restrictions for packages sent via Sea Mail to some countries, such as the US and Australia.
Therefore, if your item is large, it may not be possible to send it via Sea Mail.

We can combine two or more items for saving of shipping cost.
But, combination of an item is not necessarily saving of cost.

About payment
Payment is due within 5 business days of the auctions end and can be made via PayPal only.

Your item will be carefully packaged and shipped within 7-10 business days of your payment received and verified.

Shipping Insurance Policy
If the insured item breaks during shipment to buyer,
Please contact your country post office immediately to request "refuse receiving" the package because of item damaged or apply for "damage report".
Please
DO NOT THROUGH ANYTHING AWAY,
Leave the broken item in its original shipping box and original packing and follow your country post office instruction.
(some country post office comes to pickup the package,
other might need you to take the package in to the post office)
Your country post office will return the package to Japan,
Japan post will conform the breakage then they will request us to proceed paper work for compensation.
Once breakage is conformed by Japan Post,they will issue refund to us then
we will refund your item price + shipping cost via PayPal right away.
To conform breakage with us, the buyer is required to take photos of box,
shipping material and broken part of item (whole item and close up) and contact us.
Unless you make your country post office to send back the damaged item to Japan and damage conformed by Japan Post,
there will be no refund.
All the packages will be shipped out from us are insured, compensation should be done by insurance money.
