Magnetic 1/4" Tubing Holder - Single Spot - 3D Printed - Many Colors

Description

This is a magnetic tubing holder for 1/4" tubing with a single spot. The hole is designed to fit the tubing snug and the screw provides extra comfort if you choose to use it. This compact design allows for adding it to very tight places. The magnets are pre-coated resin neodymium N50 high strength magnets capable of holding on less than 1/2" glass (1/2" will probably work).
Printed out of PLA.
Designed for snug fit of 1/4" tubing (RODI, airline etc).

If no color is specified a black one will be mailed out by default.
PS: The screws will always be black or gray depending on what I have in stock. The rest can be selected in any color you want.

Clear PLA, i.e. PLA with no color pigmentation added which makes it translucent, is also available. Leave a note with your order that you want "Clear" as color if desired.

Please note that these are 3D printed parts. That means that the surface finish quality of the part will not be directly comparable to an injection molded part. Although not very common, there might be small surface finish defects, or rough spots. The goal is to have a fully functional, as described part. This disadvantage to 3D printing is reflected on my pricing as well. Polished surface finishes, is definitely something that can be achieved to a certain degree with 3D printed parts, but it's a time consuming process, something that definitely cannot be offered for the price range my products go for.
Material Selection: Some arguments have been made about pigmentation in PLA filament and it's effects in water in case of leeching. You can order “Clear (transluscent)” parts which is PLA free of any pigments. Just leave a note in your order that you want "Clear" parts. I have personally used black PLA in my tank for many years with nothing but success. You can also ask for PETG if you are concerned about durability of the PLA part. Just contact me.
