Up for grabs is a completely custom Skull PEZ that has been customized with a Cardinals football helmet and painted to look dirty and decayed
Condition:  Overall very good condition.  Note that the sticker down the middle of the helmet is beginning to unpeel.

Pictures are of actual item.  Please review pictures and feel free to ask questions.  Comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home. Has been stored out of the sun in a temperature-controlled environment in my house.  Comes from an adult collector.
