Tried researching couldn't find anywhere. Not sure if it was given to employees or if it was a premium give away. Basket Not Perfect . Some chips. Hinges Rusted. Lid Not Perfect Stained, Scuffs and Marks.Juke Box says Fabulous 50s 60's September 14, 1991 that a what it looks like to me . Please do your own research and come to your own conclusion.
