  • Condition: These have never been used and function beautifully. They were originally built as a starter interrupt system for cars or a similar 12-volt utility. I have tested them with a 9-volt battery set-up and they worked great. The FOBS do not require any batteries as all of the power is on the transmitter/receiving coil. Every order will come with 2 tags that have been programmed to match the coil base. They also come with a relay which activates when you wave the FOB/TAG in front of the coil unit. Also included is the wiring harness to install in vehicle, RV, Boat or similar. Could also wire it into a door or anything that you would like to secure via a personal RFID tag. The unit comes with (2) FOBS, the pinned relay on one side of the harness and the female relay socket is included too. The harness also comes with around 7 foot of wire out to the Coil type puck (receiver/transmitter). I am including all of the pictures of various pieces here so you can see what I am referring to.

    Description

    These have never been used but function beautifully.  They were originally built as a starter interrupt system for cars or a similar 12-volt utility.  I have tested them with a 9-volt battery set-up and they worked great.  The FOB'S do not require any batteries as all of the power is on the transmitter/receiving coil.  Each order will come with 2 tags that have been programmed to match the coil base.  They also come with a relay which activates when you wave the FOB/TAG in front of the coil unit.  Each unit also includes the wiring harness to install in vehicle, RV, Boat or similar.  You could also wire it into a door or get creative and wire into anything that you would like to secure using your own personal RFID tag.  Each order comes with the following.
    ** (2) Thin FOBS or TAGS.  These are a little larger than a postage stamp and are placed into a black rectangular key-chain frame with an attached quality key-ring.  In the picture these are identified by the SS letters written on them.

    also come with high quality harness to allow for complete wire in hookup.  The harness includes the wired and pinned relay and the mountable female relay socket.  This relay/socket combo is  equipped with a screw tab for clean attachment/installation.
    ** The harness is 2 piece which connects with secure 4-pin male/female Molex connection.  This brings the relay/power side over to the ~7 foot wire whip to get you out to where you place the puck /coil (receiver/transmitter).
    **  The Relay/Socket combo are also high quality.  Some are Potter & Brumfielld vf4-41f11 relays and some are relays Aromat

    **  The black Puck where you wave your tags by is around 2 inches across.  I opened one up for photo.  It is a copper coil field system and is wired to the harness by a 7 foot cord.

    Directions for utilizing this unit for the programming of additional FOBS will come with your order.
    These directions also allows for the elimination and/or the disable function in the event of lost or stolen FOBS.

    One unit includes everything you need to wire an RFID Interrupt into a vehicle with battery.  If you are getting creative and want to personally protecting your closet or your safe etc you will need a 9-volt or 12-volt supply to run it.
