This listing is for a new, custom built squirrel nesting house / box.  Built from solid cedar boards, these squirrel houses feature simple and rustic design and construction.  They are not finished, sanded, stained, painted, etc.  They measure approximately 14" in length, by 6 3/4" deep (7" with roof overhang) and 11" in total height.  It has a 3" entry hole, which squirrels will chew around to make it larger if necessary for them.  The roof does come off for maintenance (as pictured) via two screws.  Each squirrel house is custom built per order and because of
this and due to different batches of wood, each one might vary slightly in appearance.  The handling time is specified in the listing & will be reflective of when the item will ship.  Thank you.

Combined shipping is not available on this item.  Due to size & weight, purchases of more than one of these will ship separately, but at no extra charge. I will only ship this item to the United States and PayPal is the only method of payment accepted. Once your order is shipped, I will mark it as such with eBay.  You will receive an email from them, stating it has been marked as such (it is also available in My eBay).  Once this has been done, this means your item is on it's way to you and no longer in my possession.  If you have not received a tracking number, this means that the item has not shipped yet.  The handling time (prior to shipment) is cleared stated in the listing and please be under the assumption that it will take the entire duration of the handling time, before shipment occurs.  If you have any trouble with this transaction, make sure you email me before leaving a negative feedback. Chances are, it was an honest mistake and I will do whatever it takes to correct the problem!
