    Bronze Carp sculpture object by a well known  Modern Metal artist Ota Ryohei  PP43
    Title :  Yuuri ( dreamy Koi)
    Ota Ryohei (1913- 1997)  Bron in Fukushima Japan , studied under  Miki Sousaku and Kitamura seibo.
    On 1936 , selected at Bunten exhibition  . after  he won many prizes at Nitten .
    On 1960 became Nitten Judge .
    The Nitten Exhibition is the most popular and prestigious Japanese art organization, where only the best artists participate in its annual exhibitions. It was started by the Japanese Imperial Ministry of Education in 1907 under the name "Bunten". It was later renamed “Teiten”, and in 1946 took on its current name, “Nitten” . Till this day it remains as the most recognized and prestigious Art promoting exhibition.
    Very good condition with some slight patination due to the age.
