The Texas Declaration of Independence was signed at the Town of Washington on March 2, 1836 by fifty-nine Delegates of the People of Texas.
Printed from color transparencies produced with the assistance of the Texas Library & Archives Commission. The original document is on six sheets of paper with writing on both the front and back. Each page of the original document is approximately 13 inches in length and 7 3/4 inches in width.
Each sheet of the prints has six page images printed on two non-acid heavy bond sheets of paper. No other publisher has ever reproduced the Engrossed Texas Declaration of Independence in this historic format.
The print's dimensions are 28 inches in length and 25 3/4 inches in width.
Prints have been provided to the Star of the Republic Museum and to the Washington-on-the Brazos State Park in Washington, Texas for public display.
