    Description

The Bill of Rights, or better known as the First Ten Amendments, was printed in 2006 for the first time to the exact size of the original document and was color matched by the Preservation Staff of the National Archives.  No other publisher has ever offered The Bill of Rights in this historic color format. In 2000, the National Archives removed the document from its old encasement.  A color photographic transparency was produced.  Digital imagery from this transparency was used to create the print.  The Bill of Rights is one of the documents that are part of what is known as the Charters of Freedom that includes the Engrossed Declaration of Independence and the four pages of the Constitution.  Please see our other listings for prints of these documents. The Bill of Rights (2006 printed edition) is proudly displayed at Independence Hall-Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  The most prominent signer is John Adams, Vice President of the United States and President of the Senate.
