It was resized by Diamond Nexus from 8.75 to 8, so the lifetime warranty is still good. From what I understand, the ring is still eligible for another repair/resizing and “spa day” within a year of purchase.
It is quite beautiful, and nobody will know it’s a lab created diamond simulant. From their website: "Set with the Nexus Diamond™ alternative: a lab created diamond simulant that is chemically distinct but virtually indistinguishable from a perfect diamond. Each stone is guaranteed for life and should not chip, crack or discolor or we will replace it for free, no questions asked, for life."
I purchased this in December 2020 from diamondnexus.com and got engaged Christmas Day. She broke up with me in May, and I later found out she had cheated on me in February. I hope someone more worthy and deserving ends up with it.

As I stated before… it is quite beautiful, and it will pass as a real diamond to anybody who isn’t a gemologist (they claim they sometimes can’t tell with the naked eye, either).
