    Description

    UNIVERSITY NORTH DAKOTA SCHOOL OF MINES 8" VASE M CABLE ARTS & CRAFT SILHOUETTES.
    CONDITION
    Stands 8" tall and is 16 1/2" circumference, around the top part of the body. Has a small OLD EDGE CHIP (SEE PICTURES) that looks to be an old repair, or factory repair, darker color and stil has some glaze over it. Has some small crazing, Anything else is GLARE, this is a very shiny piece with heavy glaze. Hard to get a pic without some glare showing.
    Beautiful (it really is) High Glaze 8" tall

    Silhouette/
    Stylized Trees or Flower designs all around in Bluish Greens, Light Greens, Dark Greens and Burgundy Flowers (Prairie Roses?).
    The bottom is fully marked with the Round Blue Stamp of approval and has M Cable in the stamp along with the date of 1926.
    There are numbers written above the stamp "7 541" along with a hand written "Fc' H"  then "25 with an incised capitol H".
    This is in Fantastic Condition for it's age with only one chip mentioned below. No other chips, nicks, cracks, fleabites or hairlines. There is crazing here and there under the glaze which would be normal at this age of pottery.

    Items are stored in a Pet free/Smoke free home. I acquire my items/merchandise from many different sources including estates sales, garage sales, thrift stores, and storage auctions.
