The track limit's shown are only approximate.  The actual limit will depend on your Itunes library and the amount of meta-data stored  within (artist name, track name, genre, comments, album art, etc.)
The track limits are a function of the Itunes database size and the memory(RAM) on the Ipod motheboard and is not a limitation of the  flash adapters or their storage counterparts.
Track limit can be bypassed by using third party software like  Rockbox.  Using third party software is solely up to the buyer.  Buyer shall claim responsibility if Ipod is damaged by third party software
Feedback from users on the limit range for the 30gb model Ipods has been anywhere from 10,000 tracks to 20,000 tracks.
Reports for any other Ipods (60gb/80gb/160gb) Ipod limits can range from 30,000 tracks to 60,000 tracks.
If you hit the Ipods firmware track limit the drive might fail to boot and you will need to put it into disk mode and remove some songs.  There is also a queue limit of around 20,000 - 30,000 tracks.  If you plan on putting on more than 20,000 tracks you will need to remember to browse by artist or album or playlists less than 20,000.  If the Ipod has to load up more than 20,000-30,000 songs (for example browsing by song) it can cause the Ipod to reboot.
Returns
I do take returns up to 14 days for any reason. Even for  buyers remorse
In the case of buyers remorse buyer pays shipping back  both ways.
Returns not accepted if casing has been opened or tampered with
