    Greetings & welcome to the peddle/2/the/mettle store
    I have here a Coronado Cay Company deed replica on real parchment paper created in the old style (notice the burnt borders). It belonged to my grandfather. I'm not sure where he obtained it. A museum perhaps?
    Also, this is not a real deed & sorry, the 4 U.S. Navy tea cups are not included, I just needed something that could display the deed thoroughly. It will however be shipped in its original roll holder.
