W M Cissell - Spotting Board Stand - Vintage - Cast Iron

For sale here is a vintage cast iron base for a W M Cissell spotting board. It is in as found condition, with all over surface rust, but no apparent cracks or damage. Have not tried to loosen any of the adjusting screws as they may be seized and I don't want to break anything.  This stand about 33" high, and has a few inches of adjustability (vertical tube could be shortened for other uses). Top plate is trapezoid shaped, with dimensions of 11" x 10". Base measures 16" across the 2 short legs, and about 25" overall along the long leg. Very heavy (probably in the area of 100 pounds, more or less)  and therefore, no shipping unless buyer arranged and payed for in advance.
This will be for local pick-up, at the parking lot of Dunkin Donuts, at I-80, and Ohio Rt 7/62, in Hubbard Ohio.
