This is a vintage ritual inplement (Mikkyo Hougu), called 'Narigane Shakujo' in
Japanese, which was made about 70-80 years ago.
It is composed with several pieces of metalic rings (made of alloyed-copper) and wooden handle.
This is for Mikkyo (one of the Buddhism) instrumental item.
